Programmes for Working Fathers
Recognising the importance of inclusivity in gender diversity programmes How Do You Do It have run programmes for working fathers since the business began in 2006, when fathers and their roles as working parents were scarcely given serious consideration.
Group coaching enables working fathers to share openly about topics they rarely have an opportunity or choose to discuss elsewhere. Building invaluable and relevant support networks where they realise they are not alone, the programme tackles common themes such as taboos around men asking for flexible work and balancing competing aspirations about parenting and career to equip working fathers with the strategies and skills to succeed at both.
Programmes for Managers
Helping managers deal with the challenges of managing working parents and increase their understanding of the difficulties they commonly. Managers gain a better understanding of the importance of their role in helping working parents to succeed and strategies to support them.

How Do You Do It has created a series of e-learning modules which act as essentials or refresher courses for working mothers, fathers and managers, distilling some of the highlights from each programme into an engaging 20-minute online course.
Programmes for Carers
Recognising that being a carer who is combining a career with caring responsibilities brings unique challenges, How Do You Do It has developed a course for carers based upon first-hand experience and the methods that have worked for working parents. A practical workshop takes place in a group setting to help carers develop a support network within their organisation, share experiences and develop additional strategies and greater confidence to make things work for their situation. With only 56% of carers in Australia being able to combine work with caring, the need for support that is specific to carers is very clear.
